NOTE:

1. All Prices exclude VAT.
2. Quotes provided will be valid for 7 days.
3. Delivery 10-14 working days on receipt of purchase order and approval of artwork on all branded items.
4. Payment 60% deposit on receipt of purchase order balance COD.
5. All artwork must be supplied in JPEG and be 300 dpi in size.
6. In any mass order production there could be a variation of 10% over or under, this is commercially acceptable and will be invoiced accordingly.
7. Payment Terms COD on balance only bank guaranteed cheques, efts or cash will be accepted.
8. Invoices will be sent via email and/or fax to allow one to do payment prior to receiving of your order.
9. Delivery period for non branded goods will be 48 to 72 hours after payment has been received.
10. Orders placed without branding not collected within 10 working days will be automatically cancelled and a handling fee of 15% will be charged.
11. Any orders cancelled carry a cancellation fee of 15% and if the order has already left our premises a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
12. Samples can be purchased at recommended price per item are not returnable.
13. Samples over R100.00 per item must be returned in the same condition and within 7 days. Delivery charge applicable to samples as per point 14 below.
14. A minimum delivery charge of R150 for orders below 10kg in Gauteng is payable and R190 for rest of South Africa. Courier delivery can take up to 5 to 6 working days.
15. Delivery cost for orders over 10kg will be quoted as and when ordered.
16. A discount will be applicable to orders in access of 1000 items per purchase order. Delivery times for bulk orders will be provided per quotation.
17. Prices are based on the Rand Dollar Exchange Rate. If there is a fluctuation in the rate, it will affect the product price pro-rata.
18. Products may vary slightly from images provided.
19. Products quoted subject to stock availability. Stock levels maximum of 5000 at a time.
